Labryinth of Zarkhan

• At the start of the chapter, following the initial Ghost Fish ambush, the Raptor Diety statue is on a pedastal blocking the exit, rather than inside the monastery from chapters ago
  

Stairway to Zarkhan

• At the top of the stairs, a cutscene triggers with a dying Black Spider giving Ryu the Key of the Decayed Soul
  

Core of the Imperial Palace

• At the top floor next to the save statue is the third and final Team Ninja monolith that heals all health and ninpo, all while requiring the player to watch the Team Ninja logo
  

In General

• Getting all 50 golden scarabs does not unlock any retro Ninja Gaiden game, but rather gives Ryu the Plasma Saber Mk.II
